ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISATION OF THE GAME
Du Bon Côté (hereinafter the "organising company")
Registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number: Quimper B 914 913 678
with registered office at: 3 rue Victor Schoelcher 29900 Concarneau.
Organises from [03/02/2023 - 0h00] to [14/02/2023 - 23h59], a free game with no obligation to buy entitled: "Celebrate Valentine's Day with the Du Bon Côté! competition" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), according to the terms and conditions described in these rules.
This operation is neither organised nor sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free game is open to any natural person over 13 years of age, with Internet access and a valid e-mail address, residing in France, with the exception of employees of the organising company and their families, as well as any persons involved in the preparation of the game.
The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions.
Any participant who is a minor must nevertheless obtain the prior authorisation of one of their parents or legal guardian in order to take part in the Contest.
The organising company may ask any participant under the age of 18 to provide proof of this authorisation and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of this authorisation.
The organising company may ask any winner who is a minor to provide proof of said authorisation for participation in the Contest. The organising company reserves the right to draw another winner if an initial winner, if a minor, is unable to provide sufficient proof of said authorisation.
Simply taking part in this game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place exclusively on the Du Bon Côté website on the dates indicated in Article 1. To take part in the game, you must register using the form dedicated to the game on the website: https://www.duboncote.bzh/celebrez-la-saint-valentin-avec-le-jeu-concours-du-bon-cote
Only one entry per person is authorised - same surname, same first name, same e-mail address - throughout the entire period of the game. If a person fills in the form several times, only one entry will be counted.
As the Game is accessible on the Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin platforms, under no circumstances will these platforms be held responsible in the event of a dispute relating to the Game. Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin are neither organisers nor sponsors of the operation.

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
A single winner will be drawn at the end of the competition.
The winner will be contacted by e-mail within 10 days of the draw, confirming the nature of the prize won and how to claim it. Any winner who does not reply within 15 calendar days of notification of his/her prize will be deemed to have forfeited it and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
The draw will be made from among all the participants who fill in the form in the article dedicated to the competition.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
The winner will receive a €100 gift card to use in any La Carte Française store.
The organising company reserves the right to check the age of any winner before awarding the prize. The prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organising company may not be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In the event of force majeure, the organising company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF ENTRIES
Participants authorise verification of their identity. Failure to comply with these rules, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of the method used, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the entrant.

ARTICLE 7 - SUBMISSION OF THE RULES
Participants in this game accept these rules in full. They may be obtained on request from the organising company's address, specified in Article 1, throughout the duration of the game.

ARTICLE 8 - REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES
Reimbursement of Internet connection costs for taking part in the game, up to a maximum of 3 minutes and excluding mobile participation, may be obtained by sending a written request to the address of the organising company, clearly specifying the following information: surname, first name, full postal address, date and time of participation. The request for reimbursement must be accompanied by a RIB, RIP or RICE and a copy of the invoice from the participant's Internet service provider showing: on the one hand, the exact nature of the service provided by the Internet service provider and its billing method (unlimited, flat-rate, etc.) and, on the other hand, the date and time of connection corresponding to participation in the game, clearly underlined or highlighted by the participant. Given the current state of service and technology, some Internet service providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the site on a free or flat-rate basis (such as connection by cable, ADSL or specialised connection) may not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his/her use of the Internet in general and the fact that the participant connects to the site and takes part in the game does not cause him/her to incur any additional costs or disbursements. The cost of photocopying any supporting documents to be provided will be reimbursed on the basis of 0.15 euro per sheet, inclusive of tax.

ARTICLE 9 - YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected via publications on the Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin pages is not stored, unless consent to subscribe to the Du Bon Côté newsletter is explicitly given.
Winners' personal data will be kept for a period of 3 years and will not be used for any purpose other than commercial relations relating to the competition.
